A significant concentration of late iron age and Romano-British finds has been found along Twitton Brook in Otford. The finds include coins and ornaments and on the basis of the assemblage, local field names and land boundaries and nearby Roman features including a cemetery and occupation site, the site has been suggested as a votive spring.
