Small open-ende brick building build between 1898 and 1906. North and south elevationsare of four bays with tall round-headed windows, east and west having opposing wide tall doorways. A balancing, weighing machine made by W & T Avery Ltd, Birmingham was in situ at time of report. The open timber roof has three trussess, with king posts expanded at the head and foot, diagonal struts and iron ties. At time of survey the balancing machine was being dismanted, seemingly for preservation off site. There is no evidence of the building now (2001). (1)
