On the coast W of Ramsgate.Pillbox [shown on German map of British defences].

This structure was mapped from military aerial photographs as part of the SE Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey. It was first visible and has been mapped from aerial photographs taken in February 1941 (1) and has been removed by May 1942 (2).

The visible pillbox is rectangular and measures 2.9m by 2.8m - more information regarding the location and related features can be found in record MWX43127.
