Substantial strip lynchets discovered during survey of Randall Wood in 2002. Probably medieval in date. Earthworks are split into two groups - East & West. Eastern grioup are well preserved but the Western group are damaged by visitor wear. The lynchets are adjacent to a probable trackway (TQ 67 SE 247) are are likely to be contemporary. [1]
