A large square plan reinforced concrete foundation for a building, it has a low wall facing the sea and two parallel walls running off it to the north. inside has concrete uprights up to 1m high and 0.3m x 0.15m, supporting concrete horizontal beams, possibly to support a floor and other superstructure. The concrete still has wooden shuttering on it in places, suggesting it is a fairly recent structure. overall about 10m x 10m. (1)
