Two 30m long parallel lines of squared stakes angled to shoreward by Cliffe Fort. It may be the remains of the base of an old sea wall. Identified during a survey in 2005.

Two rows of wooden parallel squared piles/stakes 0.05m x 0.05m, They are vertical but angled shoreward and parallel to the channel with 1.5m between the rows. It extends 30m, possibly it is the exposed remains of the base of an old sea wall? (1)
