Foghorn House shown on the OS 2nd Edition map is shown as being 30 metres south of TR 01 NE 240. It was built in the late 1880's. The reason why it was built was to warn ships. This foghorn was replaced by the time of the OS 3rd Edition map by a Foghorn House & Low Light (Low Lighthouse) further north along the Coast.

This foghorn was replaced by the time of the OS 3rd Edition Map by a Foghorn House & Low Light (Low Lighthouse) further North along the Coast. (2)
