The Infirmary Kitchen and Kitchen Offices and Stores were located immediately north of the Infirmary Hall and were probaly built as part of the original Infirmary complex during the Norman period. The Infirmary Kitchen, or 'Coquina Infirmorum' is clearly shown in this position on Prior Wibert's Plan of the Priory's Waterworks dated c. 1165. After the Dissolution the former site of the Infirmary Kitchen was built over by the new Deanery buildings. Little else has been found out about this structure.
