A smock mill built in the late 18th-early 19th century. A mill stood on the site from the early 18th century, with this second mill joining it, but the first mill disappeared leaving only this one. The mill ceased work circa 1915 and had been converted into a garage by 1930. The mill is built of a weatherboarded superstructure on a brick base. (1)

The windmill is first mapped on the OS drawing of 1797. It is shown on the Tithe Map of 1843(?) where it is shown as an apparent tower mill. It does not appear on any later mapping and so was probably demolished in the mid 19th century.
