A loose courtyard plan farmstead with buildings to one side of the yard. Allhallows Place was recorded as located to the north of the church by the 14th century and described as a substantial house, surviving until the first quarter of the 19th century.

This feature may be the same site as as Allhallows Place. Allhallows Place is recorded in the English Heritage Historic Area Assessment for Allhallows. The report states: " A substantial house, known as Allhallows Place, stood to the north of the church by the 14th century, apparently surviving until the first quarter of the 19th century." (3)
