Type: Regular courtyard with additional detached elements

Description of Farmstead:
Built in the corner of a T junction, house is possibily Medieval with 16-17C improvements. Main farm courtyard entrance from road junction that contains: wagon shed on south west side; barn on north east side; smaller cattleyard north east of barn; and cowshed alongside. Other structures include a granary and a few more buildings added in 1906 such as a pigsties. These no longer remain.
Ancillary Structures:
A C20 iron shed was photographed (intrusive event booklet), also a cowshed was recorded. The dairy is believed to be C20, on 1960 OS map. 1906 OS map records more buildings however the majority of these no longer exist. (3)
