Summary

Site of railway station on the Chatham line, opened in 1858, closed in 1917. It is marked on the 1st edition Ordnance Survey map (c.1858-1873) as 'Strood Station'. On the 2nd edition it appears as 'Rochester Bridge Station' (c.1891-1898) and is simply marked as a Station on the 3rd edition (c.1905-1922). No further trace on any of the subsequent Ordnance Survey maps.

On the early edition OS maps, north of Rochester Bridge. On edition 1 as Strood Station, Edition 2 as Rochester Bridge Station, Station on Edition 3 and not marked on Edition 4 or current.
