A transitional Ne/BA flint scraper was found in 1955 by Mr. Jack Theobald in the garden (centred at TQ 46785364) of Mrs. Irene Theobald, at Little Heverswood, Brasted Chart, Westerham, who presented it to the Maidstone Museum, where it is on display (Accession number 28-1955). Mrs. Theobald and family moved to London about 1957. The present occupiers knew nothing about the find. (1-3)
