Summary

Two ring ditch cropmarks were previously identified in fields to the north of the A299 between Monkton and Mount Pleasant. These features were sighted in aerial photographs taken in 1985, and appear as a large double ring ditch and a small single ring ditch. A possible association with a barrow cemetery 1km to the east near Monkton is possible (see TR 26 NE 17).
