[TR 2690 5171] Old windmill [NAT] A smock mill built circa 1800. A previous mill could be seen on the site in the 16th century, but this was a post mill and disappeared in the early -mid 18th century. The mill changed to engines in 1905 after the sails were removed and was still working until the 1930's. The mill was burnt down in 1965 (1-3)

Nonington Mill; smock without cap. Now enclosed in tin. Built c. 1810. (4)
