At TR 26864375, on the Minnis, a plateau above the Alkham Valley, at a height of 420 ft. OD., there is a heavily overgrown and mutilated bowl barrow. It measures 21.0m E-W by 15.0m transversely and is 0.9m in height. There is no visible ditch. The S. quadrant has been cut into by a field bank carrying the Alkham/Temple Ewell parish boundary which changes direction on the mound. 60.0m to the W., in a pasture field at TR 26804375, a circular crop-mark (a) is visible as an annular bank about 2.0m in width and 0.2m in height enclosing an area 26.0m in diameter. There is almost certainly a disc barrow. Surveyed at 1/2500. (1)
