A 16th century cistern which formerly supplied Milner Court and was last in use in 1921. It is of brick construction and is partially overgrown by a large tree. It is now believed to be still waterfilled but in a poor condition.

[TR 17976053] Well [NR] (1) A 16th century cistern which formerly supplied Sturry Court (later Milner Court - see TR 16 SE 21) and was last used by villagers in 1921. (a) It is constructed of brick with a barrel roof and a round-arched doorway at the west end. A large tree grows over the cistern and part of the roof has collapsed; the brickwork has been much restored with modern brick. There is a disused iron pump. It is still waterfilled but is in poor condition. (GP. AO/63/128/8). Resurveyed at 1/2500. (2)
