Water-powered cornmill situated on the eastern arm of the River Stour close to where to river ran under the city wall at St Rundegunds. The mill was destroyed by fire in 1933.

(TR 14915821. Sited from CAT Topo Map). ? Mill. (1) Abbot of St Augustine's Mill. (2-3) The Abbot's Mill, on the eastern arm of the River Stour, stood close to the point where the river ran under the city wall in St Radegunds. A rioting mob attacked the abbey mill in St Radegunds in 1257. It finally went out of action after a fire in 1933. (4) Recorded by NRIM, photographed. (5)
