(TR 14915780) St Mary's Church (Rectory). (1) (TR 14915780) Church of St Mary Bredman, Canterbury, extant by 1200 (1a), earlier St Mary Fisherman, near the Fishmarket. Rebuilt in 1822 demolished 1900. No churchyard. The Medieval patron was Christ Church Priory. (2) additional references (3-4).

The heritage assessment of a nearby building suggested that a large building existed to the rear of the church during the post-medieval period, known as the Church House (TR 15 NW 2712).
A building associated with the site is Lee-Warley House, a structure dating from the late medieval period with late medieval and early post-medieval features visible on 18th, 19th, and 20th century OS maps. (5)
