A medieval strap fitting found with a metal detector in Brookland parish. Date 13th century?(1)

Strap-end, in three parts. Rectangular plate with WC in Lombardic style, with two rivets in corners left of the W. Right of this plate is a diamond shaped plate with a Tudor rose. Right of this plate is a wolf's head terminal. Reverse: plain with hole beneath Tudor rose. (PAS website)
