Description from record TQ 65 NE 30 :
(TQ 65695731) Quintain House (NAT) (1) TQ 6457-6557 OFFHAM TESTON ROAD (north side) 8/2 1.8.52 Quintain House GV II* House. Circa 1700. Red brick with blue headers and red quoins and dressings. Red brick plinth and moulded brick band. Heavy projecting eaves with plaster cove to steep hipped plain tiled roof with 2 pedimented dormers. Tall end projecting brick stacks. 2 storeys and attic; symmetrical 5 window front, glazing bar sashes with open boxes in surrounds with flat arched heads of rubbed headers. Grooved panels above ground-floor windows probably inserted in C19, at same time as porch. Central dripstone. 2-storey C20 additions at rear in same style. (2) Quintain House. On the north side of Offham village green, a handsome five-bay, two storey, hipped roofed house of c.1700. Chequered red and blue brick, with a deep eaves core. (3)

Central projecting brick porch with half-glazed and panelled door and square-headed dripstone. 2-storey C20 additions at rear in same style.
