Summary

Undated deneholes were previously located in an area to the north of Stockers head. Deneholes are a class of excavations, found in chalk formations in England, consisting of a shaft sunk to the chalk, and there widening out into one or more chambers. These deneholes are not now identifiable and the land is under cultivation.
