(TQ 5065 5571) A minature bronze shovel, dated RB by the British Museum, was dug up in the garden of Mr. H.J. Young, "The Cottage", Packhorse Road, Bessels Green, Sevenoaks. No details of exact provenance or circumstances of finding are known as Mr. Young left the district c. 1958 and could not be traced. The shovel was donated by Mr. Young to Sevenoaks Public Library and Museum. (1)
