TR 03 NE SELLINDGE STONE HILL (East Side)
2/92 Old Mill House
II
House. Late C18 or early C19. Red brick, with plain tile roof. 2 storeys and attic. Projecting eaves to front with flat soffits. Gable end stack to left, and formerly also to right. Skylight. Regular 3-window front of 16-pane sashes in open boxes. Segmental relieving arches to ground-floor windows. Central half-glazed door in broad C20 wooden architrave with flat hood on consoles. 2-storey addition to left, ground floor red brick, first floor tile-hung, with one 16-pane sash. Short rear wings to right and centre. Interior not inspected.
Listing NGR: TR0914038946

Inspection of roof suggests that a further bay existed to the south-west. Dendrochronology dating (of the roof?) gave a date of 1505/6. (2)
