The following text is from the original listed building designation:
HIGH STREET 1614 (West Side) Nos 75 and 75A TQ 5354/1/42 II 2. Early Cl9. 3-window facade of 3 storeys. Painted brick, Eaves and gutter. Hipped Welsh slate roof. Shop fronts on ground floor, No 75(a) with early Cl9 grooved pilastered frame with entablature over. First floor with 3 square- paned oblong french casements in recessed round-headed brick panels. Stucco band between recessed panels. Second floor with 3 square sash windows with glazing bars.

In 1994 a survey on cellars in the Sevenoaks area was undertaken. 75a High Street was found to have the entire floor area taken by the cellar. A chaff cut into the cellar. (2)
