L-shaped C17 or earlier timber-framed building. Front elevation two storeys stuccoed. Rear roughcast. Tiled roof. External brick chimneystack on the north wall. Two sashes to west elevation with glazing bars intact. Two casement windows to south front. Listing NGR: TQ5306164557 (1)

Description from record TQ 56 NW 93 :
TQ 501671. The farmhouse at Middle Farm, Cray Road, Crockenhill is a U-shaped complex. Part of which was originally an open-hall house with a small cross-wing, the unit now being merged with another structure at right angles which displays late 16th/early 17th century chamfer stops and stands above a flint-lined cellar. (2) 5280 Middle Farmhouse, Grade II, Cray Road, Crockenhill, Eynsford. L-shaped C17 or earlier timber-framed building. Front elevation two storeys stuccoed. Rear roughcast. Tiled roof. External brick chimneystack on the north wall. Two sashes to west elevation with glazing bars intact. Two casement windows to south front. (3) Not mentioned in The Buildings of England. (4)
