Grade II* listed building. Main construction periods 1066 to 1899. Church comprising a Norman nave and a 13th century chancel. The bellcote was constructed circa 1797. A restoration of the church in the 19th century included construction of the porch. The church is constructed of flint and cement with a weatherboarded bellcote.

[TQ 6160 6390] St. Peter's Church [NAT] (1) The Church of St. Peter, Ridley, contains Normman, 14th c. and 19th c. work. (2) In normal use. (3) 5280 ASH-CUM-RIDLEY RECTORY ROAD Ridley Church of St Peter TQ 66 SW 7/21 1.6.67 II* GV Nave Norman, C13 chancel renewed in C19 and C19 porch. Built of flint (the Nave now cemented) with weatherboarded bell cote of circa 1797. C19 font and C18 wooden lectern. (4-5)
