The following text is from the original listed building designation:
HIGH STREET 1. 1614 (East Side) No 128 TQ 5354/1/23 GV I II C18. 2-window facade of 3 storeys. Blue brick with red brick dressings to windows and patched with modern stock brick to left. Brick band above first floor windows. Moulded modillioned eaves and gutter. Tiled roof, hipped to right. Modern shop front on ground floor. 2 C18 sash windows on first floor in moulded exposed frames with thick glazing bars. Rendered flat arches over with centre stucco voussoirs. 2 square C18 sash windows on second floor in moulded exposed frames with thick glazing bars and with flat arches of rubbed red headers over with centre stucco voussoirs.
Nos 128 to 134 (even) form a group.

In 1994 a survey on cellars in the Sevenoaks area was undertaken. 128 High Street was found to have the entire floor area taken by the cellar. Cellar at back of the property, other half under 130. 128 and 130 were orginally the same building. (2)
