HIGH STREET 1. 1614 (West Side) Nos 57 and 59 TQ 5354/1/155 II 2. C18 house, 2 storey in stucco. 2 window. Ground floor has 2 bay shop windows with centre doorway. Glazing bars intact. Eaves cornice. Tile roof. Modern central stack. South side wall is tile hung.

In 1994 a survey on cellars in the Sevenoaks area was undertaken. 57 High Street was found to have the entire floor area taken by the cellar. Cellars under front rooms. (2)
