The following text is from the original listed building designation:
HIGH STREET 1. 1614 (West Side) No 25 TQ 5354/1/36 13.4.51 II GV 2. With Nos 27 and 29. Early C19 terrace. 2 storeys. Stucco. Eaves and gutter. Continuous ridge roof. 2-window facade. Shop front on ground floor with door to left and pilastered frame supporting entablature over shop window with ornamental carved frieze and moulded projecting cornice. 2 sash windows on first floor with moulded stucco surrounds, Projecting ornamental cast iron window box supports in front of windows. Ridge tile roof with one small flat-roofed leaded dormer.
Nos 19 to 37 (odd) form a group.

In 1994 a survey on cellars in the Sevenoaks area was undertaken. 25 High Street was found to have the entire floor area taken by the cellar. (2)
