ALLHALLOWS CP RATCLIFFE HIGHWAY TQ 87 NW 3/2 South side 21.11.66 Brickhouse Farmhouse GV II
Farmhouse. Late Cl7. Red brick with flat band and wooden eaves cornice with modillions to hipped tiled roof. Central stack with brick cornice and 2 flat-headed dormers. 2 storeys and attics; regular 3 window front, glazing bar sashes. Flat hood over doorway.

This feature is recorded in the English Heritage Historic Area Assessment for Allhallows Parish. The report states: "The village contained several farmsteads of which little trace now survives and a number of other outlying farms were scattered across the parish, including the surviving farm sites at…Brick House Farm…A number of historic farmhouses survive including handsome 18th century brick examples at …Brick House Farm (listed grade II). The latter also retains a barn of the late 17th or early 18th century (listed grade II)." (3)
