Overthrow and steps to landing stage. Probably late C18. Wrought-iron overthrow. Depressed iron arch has scrolled decoration and a central square lantern. Set above the head of the steps of the landing stage.

Description from record TQ 76 NE 135 :
(TQ 7577 6912) SAM No. 218 [Queen's Stairs: scheduled]. (1) A landing stage at the foot of a flight of steps alongside the Assistant Queens Harbour Masters Office. At the top of the stairs is a wrought iron overthrow, possibly late 18th centruy. It is known that a landing stage existed here in 1755. The date of the present structure is unknown. (2)
