A "Common British type" coin found by a lad in a plantation at Hoo St. Werburgh is in Rochester Museum. Listed by Allen among "inadequately recorded coins" (1-2). This coin could not be traced in Rochester Museum and no further information on it was obtained there (3). Additional references (4).
