Description from record TR 15 NW 72:
(TR 14795797) All Saints Court [NAT]. (TR 14805798) All Saints Cottage [NAT]. (1) All Saints Cottage, All Saints Court, All Saints Lane. A C16 L-shaped timber-framed range. 2 storeys timber-framed with plaster infill and painted brick on ground floor. Old tiled roof with central brick stack. Guttering is suppported by simple iron brackets. 5 casements in original window openings. Overhang supported on joists and eleborate carved brackets in the form of fabulous beasts. The ground floor has casement windows. (2) Additional bibliography. (3) 15thc timber framed range, continuous jettty, central stack, 18thc and 19thc rear brick wing extensions. (4)

A building survey of the medieval part of the structure was carried out by the Canterbury Archaeological Trust in 2007. The report concluded "The Trust's
analysis showed the building to be unusual and of some interest, its features suggesting a
construction date around the late fifteenth or early sixteenth century. One currently held
theory, that this was a "terrace" or row, of perhaps three or even six dwellings, all contained
within one timber-framed structure, seems unlikely in light of recent observations. The
presence of only one staircase, providing independent access to the first floor from the street
(i.e. there were no stairs linking the ground floor rooms to the first floor rooms), seems the
most compelling evidence that this was not a row of dwellings." (5)

All Saints Court was subject to a historic building survey in 2007. The survey concluded that the building never formed any sort of open hall. It was thought to have been constructed in the late 15th or 16th century. The belief that it orignallly formed a terrace of houses was challenged by the single staircase to the first floor. The absence of window shutters or a hearth (in its orignal form) may suggest a non-domestic function. (5)
