Nos 42 to 45 (consec) Ivy Lane. Grade II*. (TR 15395759 sited from HHR map). A C15 Wealden Hall House. (1-2) [TR 15395759] The Hall [NAT]. (3)

The following text is from the original listed building designation:
1. 944 IVY LANE (South Side)
Nos 42 to 45 (consec) TR 1557 NW 5/165A 3.12.49.
II* GV
2. A C15 Wealden Hall house. 2 storeys timber-framed with plaster frill. Hipped restored tiled roof with 2 restored brick stacks. Recessed centre with brackets. The 2 sides are supported on overhanging joists. Some curved braces are visible. Restored window openings with diamond paned mullions behind. Flint plinth. Simple panelled door.
Nos 40A to 45 (consec), No 51, No 51A, Nos 53 to 61 (consec) and No 63 form a group.
