Description from record TR 15 NE 262:
(TR 15065801) Cellarer's Hall [NR] (Remains of) [NAT]. (1) The Cellarer's Hall called in the twelfth century at Christchurch Priory 'Domus Hospitum', is one of several buildings which survive in part dating from the mid to later twelfth century and appear on Prior Wibert's Waterworks plan of c1165. Surveyed by CAT (see illustration card). (2) (TR 15065801 - sited from HHR plan). The east wall of the Cellarer's Hall. A 12th century wall of flint and ashlar incorporating two round-headed Norman arches. Grade II and the north-east angle of the hall with a newel stair. Grade I. (3) Additional reference. (4)
