FORMERLY FORDWICH SCHOOL. CIRCA 1866. 1 STOREY IN RED BRICK WITH TILE ROOF. 1 WINDOW AND DOOR. 2 WINDOWS TO REAR. HUNG SASHES WITH GLAZING BARS. ROUND-HEADED DOORWAY IN MODERN EXTERIOR.

The former National School for boys and girls in Fordwich is shown on the 1862-75 map. The building continued to be used as a school , as shown on the 1897-1900, 1907-23 and 1929-52 maps. It is now the Village Hall, as shown on the current O/S map.
