AS occupation is represented by 2 sunken floored building and other features associated with an isolated household. (1) (2)
"East of Dolland's Moor two sunken-floored buildings and a number of other features associated with an isolated household were uncovered. The houses, with axial post-holes for stout timbers supporting the ridge of the roofs and posts for the structural corners, were lined with small stakes which once retained horizontally planked walls. Distinctive grass-tempered pottery, loom weights and animal bones were recovered from the backfill of the huts and associated features."(1)
