Built in 1901 to the north of the previous farmhouse. It was designed by George Devey and is an imposing two storey building. It consists of mainly brick ground floor walls with dressed stone to a projecting front gable. A brick dentel course is set below vertical plain tiling on th first floor. It has a plain tile roof with hipped gables and brick chimneys. The original windows were metal casement set in wooden frames, though a number havbe been replaced with all wood frames. (1)
