Major manorial centre in Hawley during the MD period. Original house rebuilt after a fire in 1650 and in 1919. The main part of the building at the front is of c.1919. 2 storey portion of c.1855 and a further wing attached to the SE. Rebuilt section has rescued fireplace of c.1770.
