Summary

The mostly demolished remains of a concrete Second World War pillbox, situated at the west angle of Cross-track, Lodge Hill, Hoo St. Werburgh. This type 24 pillbox had some evidence remaining of its brick skin. It was visited during 1995 as part of a defensive survey. It formed part of Hoo stop line (GHQ line) anti invasion defences 1940 and faced south

Mostly demolished remains of concrete type 24 pillbox, with some traces of the former existence of a brick skin. Situated at the W. angle of Cross-track, Lodge Hill.
