Method of Fix: Aerial Photograph Interpretation Photograph Number: KCC 1967 Line 30: 1112, site photographs (1-6). The 1967 survey shows barges lying to the east of the end of a small land projection which continues from Bloors Wharf Road. This barge lies just inside the most seaward and is similarly orientated roughly parallel to the main shoreline. It is double-ended with an open hold. By 1985 a new wharf has been constructed. This extends over the old intertidal mud and covers the site of these barges. The Society for Spritsail Barge Research record a number of barges in this location and note some as being built into the wharf NMR nos.TQ 86 NW 99 and TQ 86 NW 101 - TQ 86 NW 115 inclusive.
