Registration No. LONDON 110053 Precise coordinates not available, last known location of vessel reported by Society for Spritsail Barge Research. SCUD was built at Shoeburyness in 1898. She was owned successively by Eastwoods. She is noted as being broken up in 1959 and her remains as being buried in the wharf extension. A number of barges have been recorded in this location from aerial photographs held by Kent County Council. These show the wharf to have been extended over the site where the barges lay. Date reported broken up taken as date of loss. (1)
