Registration No. ROCHESTER 113683 Precise coordinates not available, last known location of vessel reported by Society for Spritsail Barge Research. BOBS was built at Rochester in 1905. She was owned successively by Crask, Glandfield, and the Gillingham Syndicate. She is described as a mud barge and then as a rest room, and then a derelict in 1936. She is noted as stranding at Coalmouth Creek. Some frames and fittings are reported visible at Rainham Bloors Wharf and Shaws Wharf, Mariners Farm, Sharpes Green in 1986. A single barge has been recorded in this location (Mariner's Farm) from aerial photographs held by Kent County Council Date reported as a derelict taken as date of loss.(1)
