Registration No. LONDON 105853 Precise coordinates not available, last known location of vessel reported by Society for Spritsail Barge Research. Violet was built at Ipswich in 1896. She was owned successively by Sales and Brice. She is noted as a barge yacht in 1953, a house barge at Borstal and as a sunken hulk in 1984. Date reported as a sunken hulk taken as date of loss.
