Registration No. ROCHESTER 50308 Precise coordinates not available, last known location of vessel reported by Society for Spritsail Barge Research. MEDWAY was built at Faversham by Goldfinch in 1865. She was owned successively by Hilton Anderson and Brooks, A.P.C.M., and in 1928 by Wadhams and Smeed. She is noted as a lighter. She is then noted as being partially buried at the Gas works around 1940 and completely buried by 1955. Date reported partly buried taken as date of loss. (1)
