Glass works producing glass bottles. Utilised sand from Aylesford sand pits and imported felspar. Marked on 4th edition OS, and in operation till late 20th century.It operated from a 3 acre site where in 1909 brick built, north lighted production sheds were erected housing automatic bottle making machinery. Later became Canning Town Glass, and in production until the 1990s.
Part of the industrial estate of the Rushenden Estate Co.
