Slipway visible on the Ordnance Survey 1908 edition . The extent of this feature was cut to the east due to the availability of mapping. This was not visible on the Ordnance Survey 1938 edition . It was also not visible on MasterMap dating to 2009 . The area was given a monument polygon during historic mapping enhancement as part of Phase 1 of the South East Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey.
