Possible building foundations visible on aerial photographs taken in 1941 and 1942 [1 and 2]. The evidence of a rectangular feature measuring 30m x 15m was clear on the 1941 photography, but had visibly faded by the 1942 photography. This site may represent the foundations of a building, but the type of building is unknown. Next Perspectives photography taken in 2007 [3] showed the site to be in use as a sports field and wooded area; however the feature could not be seen.

A transcription of the feature recorded from aerial photographs exists within a GIS layer held by this HER.

The feature is shown on 3rd and 4th edition OS mapping. It is possibly a covered reservoir.
