WWII air raid shelters visible on aerial photographs taken in 1941, 1942 and 1945 [1, 2, 3], located in Dover. The site measured 150m x 15m at maximum dimensions. The earthworks were still visible on aerial photography taken in 1947 [4]. The site lay 160m NW of Western Heights (MKE7019 and NMR 468101) and N of the Citadel Battery (Mke41972, MKE7131 and NMR 1307262). The features were not visible on Next Perspectives photography taken in 2007 [5] when the site was in use as a housing estate.

A transcription of the feature recorded from aerial photographs exists within a GIS layer held by this HER.
